The Friends of the 黑料福利网 Library have commissioned the raised flower beds in front of the 黑料福利网 Library as the Friends Memorial Garden. Beginning Fall 2021, this space will be maintained by the Friends in remembrance of beloved members who supported and gave so much to this Foundation.
